Liz,
Thanks for the info on Hawaii.
On an earlier message I incorrectly indicated that we would be off on the nite
of July 10. We will certainly want some people to stay over and finish packing
on the 11th.
Thanks,
Jim

Jim-

The anticipated time of arrival is 0800 19 June, but we can't confirm
exact time at this point. (The crew of the New Horizon and Marfac have been very
busy putting New Horizon together after the refit.)
You may begin loading concurrently with the off loading of
the Brezenski/Villereal equipment upon arrival of NH to Sand Island.
Tammy Koonce from the Resident Technician group will be going over
to Honolulu to coordinate the logistics because of her recent involvement
with your scheduled cruise in May.

If you have any further questions regarding loading etc. you may want to
contact the Resident Technician group: Bob Wilson and/or Tammy directly.

Rose,
My cruise is scheduled from June 20 to July 10. We will of course come in
early on the 10 th of July to pack up.
However, when will the ship be available for setting up our gear?
The 19th or the 20th.
Thanks,
Jim

Elizabeth,
I am quite sure that we will be off the ship on the 10th in Hono.
We and Brezinski are planning to load last of gear in SD on the afternoon
of the 9th of June it that is OK. Wilson gave a tentative approval for this.
