Liz:

        Regarding possible need for a permit, Roberta told me that Rose had
thought a permit would not be needed at these locations.  Our work aboard
the R/V Revelle is planned as follows (according to Roberta Baldwin's
tentative schedule for Pulse 32, 2-8 Nov:

6 Nov     1100h - Santa Barbara Basin - SBB (34¡13.5'N, 120¡ 3.5'W) (9 hrs)
                3 deployments of the multicorer
                1 Niskin cast, surface

                1800h - Depart for Sta SBB

7 Nov      0100h - Santa Monica Basin - SMB (33¡44'N, 118¡50'W) (7 hrs)
                2 deployments of the multicorer
                1 Niskin cast, surface

                0800h - Depart Sta SMB for San Diego
