Here is the cruise plan and schedule for the cruise next Tuesday:
1030 hr scientific party must be on board
1100 hr depart
1400 hr arrive on station (southern S.D. Trough location)
1400 hr Mitchell bio-optical profile (CTD wire)
afternoon midwater trawling (trawl wire)
1730 hr DeRobertis autonomous profiler deployment
1830 hr profiler recovery
1830 hr leave station
2130 hr arrive at dock
This schedule will change if we do not collect enough animals in the
afternoon trawling. In this case, we will stay on station and continue with
nighttime trawling. Then we will return to port at 0800 hr the next
morning.
