CTD and Transmissometer data to be finalized by ODF. XBT and ADCP to be finalized by GDC. CTD Station/Cast numbering to begin with 001 incrementing by 1 for each lowering of the CTD. The same is true of the numbering for the XBT's start numbering with 001.
