Proposed MMS Cruise for the Sproul, 3 days in August 1998.
	(18-21 August)

Cruise Goals

	Deploy a mooring at the ABOF location in the MMS array.  This
location is in 350m of water approximately 12 miles off Avila Beach.
Diving may be required in the event of a mooring failure.

Loading and Prep

	Install trash drum on O-1 trawl winch with 200-500 feet of 9/16" 
		3x19 wire.	

	Set up deck capstan.

	Load scientific gear on deck, tie down.

	Hang mooring block and stopper chain from A-frame.

	Load trawl winch with mooring.
